30 Thousand pesos fine for selling beer at a gaming site
The Convention and Expo Center in the city of Chihuahua was closed down last Sunday right after the “Expo Boda” event ended.
Said complex of expositions resulted with a double closed down as a result of an order issued by the Municipal Government because there was an event where exhibitors placed, without a permit, a booth to sell alcohol and gaming.
It was at the moment when inspectors carried out a revision of the premise when the found out that there were beers and some gaming machines, resulting in an indefinite closed down of the premises as well as the exposition.
The Prohibited merchandise was secured by the local Government which issued a fine of approximately 30 thousand pesos to the owners for having broken municipal law.
