Threats against “La Chiva” being investigated

The Republic’s Attorney General (PGR) is investigating the alleged death threat against model Silvia Irabien


Federal District - The Republic’s Attorney General (PGR) is investigating the alleged death threat against model Silvia Irabien whom revealed that she met Jose Jorge Balderas Garza, AKA “EL JJ”, alleged attacker in the Salvador Cabanas’ case, as Jorge Diaz Trevino.

Government authorities informed that the questioning originated as a result of a painted sign that was hung this past 28 of January at South Periferico, a day after the model know as “La Chiva” testified before the Federal District Attorney General’s office (PGJDF).

It was indicated that the investigation was created as SIEDO/UEIORPIFAM/AP/23/201 originated by the PGR Vs. Balderas Garza charging him with the operation with illegal funding.

The painted sign in which allegedly made death threats against Silvia Irabien was turned into the Specialized Office for Organized Crime (SIEDO), in charge of the corresponding investigation.

On January 27, “La Chiva” revealed to the PGJDF that she met the alleged attacker of soccer player Salvador Cabanas, as Jorge Diaz Trevino whom presented himself as a Transportation Businessman and with whom she had a daughter.

She stated that she frequently visited the “Bar Bar”, where on January 25 Paraguayan soccer player Salvador Cabanas, who continues hospitalized in Mexico City, was attacked.
